Competition Format
6 teams. All teams will play each other twice over 10 weeks. The league leader at the end of week 10 will receive the League Leaders Shield. Week 11 is Finals Night and will decide the Autumn League Champions.
Finals Night (week 11)
1st and 2nd places progress to Cup Final.
3rd and 4th places progress to Plate Final.
5th and 6th places progress to Bowl Final.
