22 teams will be taking part and split across 5 divisions. Divisions 1 through to 4 will have four (4) teams each and Division 5 will have 6 teams. Teams have been seeded according to their form over previous summer leagues and have been placed in a division according to this seeding (i.e. the highest 4 seeds will be in Division 1 and the lowest 6 seeds in Division 5). The format of the season will be as follows:
WEEKS 1 TO 6
Divsions 1 to 4
Weeks 1 to 3: Each team will play all other teams in their Division once. At the conclusion of week 3 the top two (2) teams will be promoted to the division above and the bottom two (2) teams will be relegated to the division below, apart from Division 4 where there will be NO relegation.
Weeks 4 to 6: Each team will play all other teams in their Division once. At the conclusion of week 6 the one (1) top team will be promoted to the division above and the one (1) bottom team will be relegated to the division below, apart from Division 4 where the bottom two (2) teams will be relegated to Division 5.
Division 5
Weeks 1 to 5: Each team will play all other teams in their Division once.
Week 6: A further league will take place to align the conclusion of Division 5 with the rest of the summer league. Fixtures will be as follows: 1st vs 6th, 2nd vs 5th, 3rd vs 4th. The top two (2) teams will be promoted to Division 4.
WEEKS 7 TO 11
Divisions 1 to 4
Weeks 7 to 9: Each team will play all other teams in their Division once. At the conclusion of week 9 the top team will be promoted to the division above and the bottom team will be relegated to the division below. There will be NO relegation from Division 4.

Weeks 7 to 11: Each team will play all other teams in the division once. The team finishing top of the division will be crowned Salver Winners.
