Competition Format

League

6 teams.  All teams will play each other once over 5 weeks.  The league then splits into two equal groups of 3 teams.  Group A will contain teams in positions 1st, 3rd and 5th.  Group B will contain teams in positions 2nd, 4th and 6th.  Teams will then play all three teams in the other group to them (e.g. team A1 will play 3 matches against teams B1, B2 and B3).

Finals Night (week 9)

1st Group A and 1st Group B progress to Cup Final.

2nd Group A and 2nd Group B progress to Plate Final.

3rd Group A and 3rd Group B progress to Bowl Final.

Cup

In Week 10, a separate knockout cup will take place.  All matches will be 20 minutes long, with no half-time break.
